I think Sara Palin belongs in Washington. The grace she displayed during the mud slinging and innuendo during this campaign along with her wit and sense of self proved to me that she has what it takes to tackle the good old boy network in Washington. I look forward to casting my vote for her in the future
The government should purchase 25 billion dollars of automobiles and have a lottery for the taxpayers. This would guarentee work for employees and keep the money away from the ceo's.

I do not support bailing out American automakers unless they will retool their industry to produce cars that will not use fossil fuels. My personal favorite would be a plug in electric car.
It is well known that petro dollars support terrorism. If we support American automakers that insist on producing cars that use fossil fuels, we are not only throwing billions at industries which are harming the environment, but we are throwing money, indirectly, to terrorists.
i feel if you want my money then you will get rid of gm and chrysler ceo's. no cake and eating it to.we owe auto makers nothing dont be greedy.
I totally agree that automotive execs should not be allowed to continue in their positions if they apply for "bailouts". I think it should be a policy that for ANY corporation that requests a taxpayer bailout, ALL their CEO's and higher echelon execs should be summarily fired. I think we would get healthier management, and that this would also make these bloodsuckers think twice before asking for bailouts! Thanks for your comments! Sincerely, Libbi
